My apologies for thinking Jack Tramiel was president of Bally!  I crossed some wires on my history, as Mr. Tramiel was at Commodore at the time.  There's no indication that he rejected Pong - that was on whoever WAS the CEO of Bally at the time, not Mr. Tramiel as I indicated.
